Offline Payment for Non-donation purpose to Vidyamandira Alumni Association

If you do not want to make Non-donation payments online you have the option of making non-donation payments offline.

Please read the instructions below regarding offline non-donation payments.

1. The following are the reasons for which you can make non-donation payments offline:

For offline non-donation payments please send us an Account Payee Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of “Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira Alumni Association” along with a covering letter containing your name, address, email id, mobile number and nature of Non-donation payments and purpose of Non-donation payments. You may send the cheque and covering letter by post or courier to Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira Alumni Association, P.O. Belur Math, Howrah-711202. Payers may also personally handover the cheque to Shri Mainak Ghosh at the Accounts Office of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira.

3. Payment towards non-Donation purpose by Cash are received only at the office of the Alumni Association. Maximum amount of permisible donation by Cash is ₹10,000. Please contact Shri Mainak Ghosh at the Accounts Office of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira.

4. We accept non-donations payments from Indian citizens only and accept cheques from any banks in India. Any Non-resident Indian person having an Indian Passport has the option to make non-donation payment to us by issuing cheques from his Non-Resident Ordinary (NRO) or Non-Resident External (NRE) bank accounts in India. We are not permitted to receive non-donation payments from any foreigners or in foreign currency. Hence we are unable to accept non-donation payments from any Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and Person of Indian Origin (POI) card holders even if they pay by issuing cheques from their Savings, NRO or NRE bank accounts maintained in any Indian banks.

5. In case of payment towards Life Membership you are requested to submit the duly filled in and signed Life Membership Form along with the Cheque.

6. In case of advertisement for Reunion Souvenir the advertisers are requested to submit the advertisement matter along with the duly filled in Advertisement Form and the Cheque. Similarly in case of advertisement by banner or sponsorships for Reunion the details are to be submitted in a covering letter along with the Cheque.

7. You will receive receipt for Non-donation payment, after realization of the donated amount, by email from alumnividyamandira@gmail.com within seven working days. In absence of any email the receipt may be sent by registered post to the address mentioned in the covering letter.
