Non-donation payments to Vidyamandira Alumni Association can be made Online as well as Offline. If you wish to make Offline Non-donation payments please click
here. To make Non-Donation Payments Online please read the following instructions carefully and then scroll to the bottom of the page.
Instructions relating to Online Non-donation Payments
1. We have shifted to online mode for accepting all non-donation payments using the ICICI eazypay payment collection facility and ICICI eazypay
payment gateway. The following are the non-donation payments which you can make online:
a. Admission and Life-Membership Fees
b. Advertisement and Sponsorships for Reunion
c. Subscription for Reunion from Alumni and Guests
d. Sale Proceeds of Publications from Alumni Association
e. Other Non-Donation Payments
2. We do not encourage any other online mode of payment like direct fund transfer to our Bank Accounts through UPI or Internet Banking.
3. No login is necessary to make non-donation payments online. You need to enter only some necessary personal details and the amount and
purpose of the non-donation payments. Please make sure to enter the correct details – Name, Address, Email ID and Mobile Number. Please do not enter multiple names in
the ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ fields.
4. Please fill up all the fields marked as "*" as they are mandatory fields. Only after filling up the fields correctly you will be taken
to the payment page of ICICI eazypay. Otherwise the transaction will be aborted and no reasons for abortion will be mentioned. You will then have to try once again to
make the non-donation payment.
5. While mentioning your mobile and WhatsApp number please provide only your 10 digit mobile number without prefixing any '0' or '91'
before the mobile or WhatsApp number. If you do not have any email id please do not leave the field blank as it is a mandatory field.
This will lead to error and the transaction will be aborted. You may mention the email id of any of your near relatives if you do not have any personal email id.
6. Please choose the specific nature of the payment from the drop-down list. If the purpose of the non-donation payment is not mentioned in the
drop-down list choose "Others" and mention the purpose of payment briefly in the adjoining response box. Make use of the ‘Remarks’ field to enter additional information,
if any like number of guests for whom subscribtion is paid.
7. Convenience Charges are payable by the person / entity make the payment for certain transactions while using the ICICI EazyPay to
make the non-donation payments online. The details of the charges are given in the table below:

8. After successful payment you will receive a SMS from ICICI Bank informing about the payment made to us along with the Reference ID.
9. A Non-donation Payment Receipt will be automatically generated after successful transaction. This receipt can be downloaded and saved.
10. A link to download the Non-donation Payment Receipt would also be sent to you by email from receipt@alumnividyamandira.in. If the email id
is mistyped, you will not receive the donation receipt by email. If the transaction is successful but you don’t see the email in your inbox you may please check
your spam folder.

General Instructions relating to Non-donation Payments
1. We accept non-donation payments from Indian citizens only and accept online non-donation payments only from any bank in India. Any Non-resident Indian
person having an Indian Passport has the option to make non-donation payments online from his Non-Resident Ordinary (NRO) or Non-Resident External (NRE) bank accounts in India.
We are not permitted to receive non-donation payments from any foreigners or in foreign currency. Hence we are unable to accept non-donation payments from any Overseas Citizen
of India (OCI) and Person of Indian Origin (POI) card holders even if they make non-donation payments from their Savings, NRO or NRE bank accounts maintained in any Indian banks.
2. In case of payment towards Life Membership you are requested to submit the scanned copy of the duly filled in and signed Life Membership Form
by email to alumnividyamandira@gmail.com. You may also send the the duly filled in and signed
Life Membership Form by post or courier to Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira Alumni Association, P.O. Belur Math, Howrah-711202.
3. In case of advertisement for Reunion Souvenir the advertisers are requested to submit the soft copy of the advertisement matter along with the
scanned copy of the duly filled in Advertisement Form by email to alumnividyamandira@gmail.com. You may also send
the duly filled in advertisement form along with the advertisement matter by post or courier to Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira Alumni Association, P.O. Belur Math,
Howrah-711202. Similarly in case of advertisement by banner or sponsorships for Reunion the details are to be submitted by email to alumnividyamandira@gmail.com.
